Rosie's Tip #1
"Hi, my name is Rosie, and today we're going to discuss our DogaFit Tips. If your human is doing Doga with you, just know that "we", your dog, is the Dogi, a participant, or sometimes the observer; serving as a weight or a prop. It's highly rewarding and fun; it has very little to do with perfection, and it brings laughter and joy to people's hearts, and to "our" hearts, the Dogi. Namaste."
Rosie's tip #2
"Hi, it's your little DogaFit friend, Rosie. Today, I want to discuss with you health issues for us little Dogi's. If your human wants to practice Yoga with you, make sure your human takes you to the Vet to make sure you don't have any healthy issues with your hips, your limbs, most important, your heart. That's my tip for the day. Go see your Vet! Bye! Namaste."

"Hi, it's your DogaFit friend, Rosie, and today I'm going to talk to you about massaging us Dogi's. Getting a massage from a human is a wonderful bonding experience; their focus is completely on us; what could be wrong with that?! It has numerous health benefits for us: Pain Reduction, Increased Immunity, Stress Reduction. Just tell them to a little light effleurage - stroking from our heads to the tip of our tails, and we'll be happy and healthy. Okay? That's it for today. Namaste."
